2014 spring/summer bridal fashion week took place the week of April 15 in New York City , where top designers like Vera Wang, Oscar de la Renta and Monique Lhuillier introduced their latest collections to a world of planning brides-to-be.
Among those brides are a plethora of singers rocking engagement rings: Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus, Adele and Brandy to name a few.
After plowing through the latest looks, we’ve matched up the ladies to the gowns we’d like to see them march down the aisle in.
1. Avril Lavigne – Vera Wang – Mermaid Gown
Vera Wang’s looks this season were much edgier than usual, making it perfect for a punk rock spirit like Lavigne. With a slight frame like hers, Lavigne might be swallowed up by the traditional big dress. We’d love to see her in a form-fitting mermaid look.

2. Kelly Clarkson – Monique Lhuillier – Embellished A-Line Gown
For her first wedding, Clarkson is sure to go with a classic wedding gown, featuring tulle and embellishments. This look from Lhuillier’s collection would compliment her style nicely and matches up with her penchant of late for sheer lace arm and upper body covering on dresses.

3. Brandy – Oscar de la Renta – Structured Trumpet Gown
Brandy has always looked best in structured, tight gowns – like the one she wore to the 2013 BET Honors. Donning this skintight look from de la Renta is sure to suit her curves.
